Acai Berry Extract Powder is derived from Acai berries which traditionally come from the Amazon region. The Acai berries are approximately 2.5cm round fruits grown on acai palm trees in the rainforests of Central and South America. They are a dark purple colour and have gained popularity in the last few years with their beneficial links to health and well-being.

They are nutrient dense containing Vitamin A, Calcium and Fibre and trace minerals such as chromium, zinc, iron, copper, manganese, magnesium, potassium and phosphorus. They are also contain antioxidants, boasting three times the amount found in blueberries.
