As a dietary supplement, take 2500mg to 3500mg in one single serve, preferably with the first meal of the day, preferably before working out, or as directed by your medical professional. Do not take more than suggested serving for longer than eight continuous weeks without at least four weeks off, or as directed by your medical professional. Measuring scoops are not an accurate form of measurement. A milligram scale is needed to accurately measure dosages.
