If you have a specific formula and/or specific packaging you would like, then you will need our Custom Product Manufacturing service. This service will allow you to create any product you can imagine and be unique in the marketplace.

CYOS can manufacture many types of food supplements including:

Sachets, Tubs, Capsules and pouches.

CYOS cannot manufacture any products to be listed with the TGA as we are a food supplement manufacturer only.

Our goal is to make the custom manufacturing process as simple as possible for our clients. While at the same time giving our clients complete control over how their product is manufactured.

We have the following minimum order quantities (MOQ’s):
Sachets – 20,000 units
Tubs – 1,000 units
Capsules – 20,000 capsules
Pouches – 1,000 units

We can give you a better idea of cost once we have discussed your custom product with you.

To get started on the custom manufacturing journey, the first step is to speak to one of our Lab Scientists. You can do this by purchasing a Production Plan or Custom Sample below.

We have the following options available:

Existing product
If you have an existing product, existing formula or if there is already a similar product in the market, please send us all the details of it and we can prepare a production plan for you.

The other option is to have a custom sample made, this includes a production plan, sample and flavour development.

PRODUCTION PLAN

A production plan is a critical element to the custom manufacturing process. It is a comprehensive analysis and blueprint for the manufacturing of your custom product. It is the first step in creating your custom product and will allow you to speak to one of our Lab Scientists and have a plan drawn up.  Once a production plan is completed we will also be able to give you the final cost of manufacturing your custom product as the final cost is dependent on the specific ingredients and packaging you require.

The production plan costs $220 and is a once off cost for any new custom product and covers the time it takes for our Lab Scientist to sit down and work out the following with you:

• Ingredients costs
• Ingredients suppliers
• Regulatory Issues (General Information Only)
• Supplement manufacturing procedure and protocol
• Geometric dilution procedure
• Homogenization procedure
• Quality Control procedure
• Logistic procedure
• Packaging Options
• Final cost to client

Once completed you will be provided with an electronic copy of your personalised production plan for your custom product which will contain information detailing the above areas.

Please note that the below services are not included as part of the production plan:
– Flavour development
– Ingredient selection advice
– Ingredient amount advice
– Label content advice
– Label artwork
– Packaging advice
– Specific regulatory advice
– Nutritional table creation

The above items can be added to your production plan at an additional cost. Please email us if you wish to add these items.

CUSTOM SAMPLE

If you would like to try your product first before committing to the full manufacturing process then you can purchase a sample of your custom product. A custom sample costs $990 and includes the Production Plan as described above free of charge.

Flavour development is also included with the custom sample.

CUSTOM LABEL DESIGN

Do you need a label design? We have in-house graphic designers who we can work with to create your perfect label or packaging.
