DIRECTIONS
As a dietary supplement mix 4.71g of Hydration Super Blend powder in 200ml of fresh cold drinking water and stir until all powder is dissolved, sip slowly and frequently, or as directed by your medical professional. Measuring scoops are not an accurate form of measurement. A milligram scale is needed to accurately measure dosages. Do not exceed more than 10 servings per day. Avoid mixing with cordial, fruit juice, soft drink or sport drinks as this can interfere with the hydration process.
