DIRECTIONS
As a dietary supplement, take 100mg to 200mg one to three times daily or as directed by your medical professional. These servings should be taken without food. It is best not to take too much at once, as this might cause imbalanced levels of ALA. Measuring scoops are not an accurate form of measurement. A milligram scale is needed to accurately measure dosages.
